The top one dates from 1899 and the lower one from 1904. Notice the attractive vignette, of the Mills as they stood in the late nineteenth century.

Hamlyn & Co. bought the Mill in 1978, but after anouncing redundances during September 1978, put the property back on the market just a year later, ending the Mill’s century of production.

The mill was finally demolished in 1991 as can be seen above.
